Hip Hop Heads on exhibition

Illustrator and graphic artist Dale Edwin Murray created The Hip Hop Heads, a portrait series presenting a minimalist portrayal of hip hop artists.

Dale explains: “It first started as a personal project – a way to practise my caricature skills. It was quickly picked up on by a huge number of blogs and I got a load of emails from people asking if they were available to purchase as prints. Not one to disappoint people I decided to do just that!”

The series includes other famous figures such as Spike Lee – who liked his portrait so much he ordered one.
